Overview Built For You was an integrated marketing campaign supporting UHealth’s broader expansion—introducing UHealth SoLé Mia and reinforcing the growing network of destinations, including UHealth Doral—bringing one consistent story across video, digital, social, out-of-home, and on-site moments. The campaign framed these openings as a meaningful expansion of access to academic medicine across Miami-Dade—delivered in a way that felt clear, welcoming, and personal from the first impression. Challenge For many communities across Miami-Dade, state-of-the-art care has historically meant traveling farther—to reach specialized services. As UHealth expanded with new destinations like UHealth SoLé Mia and UHealth Doral—bringing major clinical expertise closer to where people live and work—the challenge was to communicate leading-edge medicine in a way that felt human. We needed to make academic-level care feel approachable, not intimidating—while still conveying the depth and credibility behind it. Insight People connect with care when it feels designed around them—easy to understand, easy to navigate, and close enough to fit real life. Advanced medicine can be impressive, but trust comes from clarity—and from seeing that access isn’t just a promise, it’s an experience. If we could translate complexity into something welcoming, UHealth’s expansion would feel like progress people could actually feel day to day. Solution We developed Built For You as a cohesive creative system—built to scale across an expanding network. A friendly 3D illustrated world helped simplify complex medical expertise—and made the promise of expanded access feel tangible. The campaign created consistent messaging and visuals across channels—while flexing by location—so UHealth SoLé Mia, UHealth Doral, and future openings could all feel part of one connected story: academic medicine, closer to home, and built around the patient journey.
